At my doctor appointments my blood pressure is always elevated (SBP 150). So on my last two appointments I tried the techniques (breathing, visualization and sound). I take time before my appointments and sit in my car to settle myself. So when I walk in the office I am feeling relaxed.

I loved the experience I had in your virtual mindfulness & meditation class. I learned different ways to meditate, one that really stuck with me was the “5, 4, 3, 2, 1” method. It helps me when I need bring my mind back to the present. I also loved the gratitude practices. I would recommend this class to everyone!
